Buy back your time. Move the business forward.
Less mental load for owners and founders—coordinated, professional-level guidance that turns priorities into aligned action without carrying every decision alone.
One advisory team. One client relationship. Finance and operations, business development, and technology and risk working together—not as separate opinions.
The weight of ownership
The business has grown. The burden shouldn't.
A better operating reality
One coordinated advisory relationship gives you clearer decisions, renewed focus, and forward momentum—without carrying every priority alone.
One integrated system
One set of priorities. One operating rhythm. One accountable team.
Pigott & Associates treats value delivery as a connected system—skilled people, professional expertise, sound process, governance, leadership, and digital technology working together. Not isolated advice. Not separate providers pulling in different directions.

- Business development
Market realities, growth strategy, partnerships, and the processes to pursue them with confidence.
- Technology & risk
Systems that support the business, plus cybersecurity, compliance, and responsible-AI leadership.

How engagement works
Understand. Align. Move.
Every engagement follows the same coordinated path—one relationship, informed by finance and operations, business development, and technology and risk working together, not in sequence or isolation.
Understand
Initial strategic review
A structured look across finance, business development, and digital technology—where the business stands and where it needs to go.
- Financial strategy. Business financials, margin analysis, valuation, cash flow, financial planning, and budgeting.
- Business development strategy. Market realities, goals, growth strategy, processes, and tools.
- Digital technology strategy. Current systems, how they support the business, and relevant strategic initiatives.
Align
Leadership alignment
Establish shared clarity on the current state, desired future state, and the path between them.
- Goals and timelines. Agree on priorities and realistic horizons for change.
- Strategic initiatives. Define initiatives across finance, business development, and technology.
- Meaningful KPIs. Establish measures that reflect real progress—not activity for its own sake.
Move
Ongoing support
Continued strategic guidance and accountability as initiatives move from plan to execution.
- Strategic guidance. Regular leadership discussions about progress, issues, and quarterly objectives.
- KPI scorecards. Initiative dashboards that keep priorities visible and actionable.
- Accountability. A steady partner for owners who need professional-level support without a full-time bench.
One team
The advisors behind your engagement
